Our goal is to work with our clients to make one of life’s most stressful situations as stress-free as is absolutely possible. Our Estate Agency Department, led by our Property Service Manager, Norman Law, proactively generates interest in our clients' homes and actively contacts buyers throughout the day to encourage viewings. Regular progress updates are an integral part of the service, which makes the whole process extremely effective.

The internet has greatly assisted our marketing efforts. Surfers can now access details of our properties from anywhere, not only on this website but on tspc.co.uk and aspc.co.uk. We also operate an e-mailing system which updates buyers on the “new” properties that we have been instructed to market. This makes buying a house a bit easier as some houses are sold by the time it takes the Royal Mail to deliver schedules.
